Karen Leanne Sandberg on October 14, 2019: I hope they always together and I also whish my dream to be a kpop idol will come true. I want to be a kpop idol, a success kpop idol like them. They have talented and I whish I can also be like them one day. They debut at 2007 and my birth date is that year. I whish they still together but I heard that they already disband, I don't know if it real or not but I still love them forever. I will say every girl group here is the best There is no need to list which girl kpop group is better than others. I love all those groups, but this got me mad because some are old groups, and they are in the bottom. Tara was tarnished by not coming from a top 3 label and by the ridiculous bullying scandal, which seems to be blown way out of proportion. How in the world could someone No telling how much better BlackPink could be with decent management how absurd to give them so few songs, especially when Jennie especially seems to have a desire to write her own songs like Stay, which is the style like their B sides that I think suits them the best, and the incident with such a great singer as Wendy falling and sustaining serious injuries is horrible and criminal in my opinion considering the level of gross negligence and awareness of the stage problems. My favorite Korean groups in order for now are Tara, Red Velvet, Twice, BlackPink, GFriend, Apink and WonderGirls and for solo artists IU who is really special and unique to me and amazing considering h what she achieved especially after being rejected for an audition by JYP. I found f(x), 4 Minute, Girl's Day, and After School and now they are also some of my favorites. A number of second generation girl groups achieved chart-topping success and massive record sales. The second generation of K-pop included such amazing acts as Girls’ Generation, Wonder Girls, Brown Eyed Girls, and Kara. And, ever since then, it has become the integral part of the K-pop genre. Choreographed sequences, along with stunning audio-visual content, became exceedingly popular in the 2000s. The second generation (2003-2009) of K-pop girl groups took musical ideas to new heights with even more complicated lyrics and choreography. The pioneering all-female girl groups of the '90s paved the way for a new brand of K-pop girl groups. The first generation (1997-2003) of K-pop girl groups emerged in the '90s with bands such as S.E.S., Fin.K.L, and Baby Vox leading the way with their musical prowess. However, in recent years, all-female idol lineups have made jaws drop with their catchy lyrics, complex choreography, and mesmerizing audio-visual elements. The K-pop industry is dominated by boy groups. How K-Pop Girl Groups Emerged on the Music Scene
